How is the process of purchase with Quick Graphic?

You can send us your inquiries using our Inquiry Form or you can send us your direct inquiry via email quickgraphic9@gmail.com. As soon as we received your inquiry, we will immediately process your request, clarifications and product inquiry.

It will be helpful if you can give us the complete details, so we can process your request accurately. Once we have the complete information, we will forward to you our offered quotation so we can discuss it with you. After confirmation of order, we will make it into invoice so we can immediately reserve your full requirements.

Once the order is confirmed, we will request for the payment based on the agreed terms. After the payment is received, we will immediately start packing your goods to our warehouse. The duration of the packing will depend on the amount of purchase goods. As soon as the packing is finished, we will forward to you the final Sales Invoice for your reference.

We will also contact you to arrange the delivery. We will ensure to keep you updated regarding the status of your order until the goods is safely delivered in your respective area.

Can I request for customized box or cartoons and printed boxes?

Yes, you can. As a matter of fact, we accept special or made to orders request in any of our boxes range. Just inform us the size and your required quantity. For this kind of special arrangement, we require a certain quantity of goods since we will directly coordinate with our production team to manufacture the custom boxes that you need.

We will also inform you of the expected duration of the production and the expected delivery time. The payment will also be arranged beforehand since this will be required a pre-order.

Which are the available methods of delivery in Quick Graphic?

We can arrange for you by air, by sea and by road delivery. The delivery period will depend on the location of the respective clients.

What is the mode of payment available?

For all customers, we require full payment on the initial order. For succeeding orders, we accept payment in milestones via Direct Bank Transfer. You can contact us directly, if you need any clarifications or suggestions with the payment methods.

Do you provide discounts or special offers on bulk order?

Cheers, yup! We'll provide discounts on bulk order [Minimum quantity 10k]. We provide offers specially on Indian festivals.

I have not yet tried importing to India, what are the procedures?

If you are a first time buyer in India, you can inform us beforehand, so we can assist you if you have any clarifications regarding the procedures. We can also assists you in finding for forwarders so you can be assured that your ordered products are in good hands.
